HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT

Once you have created your return:
1. Send the products back to us.
You can buy a return label once you have started the return.
2. You will receive an email with info
You will receive an email confirming that you have created a return.
You will also receive a return number which you will need if you contact us.
3. Wait for our reply
It usually takes 14 days before we receive your return if you buy a label from us.
Once we have received your return, we will refund your money.
You will hear from us again once we have received and processed your return.

Remember to pack the products securely in a durable packaging.
You can use the same packaging in which you received products, if this is not damaged.
100 DAYS FULL RETURN POLICY
At T3L Shop we only sell and manufactur products that we have carefully tested for overall quality.
Of course you have the statutory 14 day right to cancel and return your order from the day you received it, for any reason and with no justification.
But because we are so confident in our products and quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer 100 days to return your product, free of charge.
You can return your items for any reason whatsoever, or just no reason at all.
You can return an item after the statutory 14 days, provided the item has not been used (as far as is reasonably possible) and that all packaging is intact.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?
Once we receive your return package, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email and process your refund immediately.
The refund will automatically be processed via the payment method that you selected during the return process.
If you paid with a debit card
The money should reach your bank account within 3-4 working days. Banks will not process the refund on weekends or on any holidays (and they have a lot of them), so please take this into account.
If you paid via Mastercard or other credit cards
You should be able to see the refund on your credit card statement within 3-4 working days. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for credit cards, we wish it wasn't so! But it is out of our control.
The money will be refunded to the credit card itself, and not the bank account attached to the card. Unfortunately this is the only way we are able to process the refund for credit cards. So remember to check the bank statement of your credit card.
If you paid via PayPal
PayPal will notify you via email when the refund has been processed. This usually takes 1-2 days. If you made the payment using a debit or credit card as your PayPal funding method, it may take an additional 3-4 days before the refund shows up in your bank account or on your credit card statement.
If you requested a refund via bank transfer to your bank account
If you requested a refund to your bank account (by providing us the IBAN account number), we will process your refund within 1-2 days. It takes 3-5 working days, for the money to reach your bank account.
IS IT TOO LATE TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Most likely not!
Because we are confident in our collection and want you to be 112% happy with your purchase, we offer a 100-day return policy.
You can return for any reason whatsoever or just no reason at all. The only requirement is that your item has not been used (as far as this is reasonably possible), and all packaging is intact.
We are anything but strict though, so should 125 days have passed since you made your purchase, hakuna matata, of course, you can still return your unused product! :-)
