I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET

Delivery usually takes 2 - 4 working days, but in some cases it may be slightly longer.
We hope you can be a little patient if you encounter a slight delay, small delays do happen for various reasons out of our control.

Please see your "Order was shipped" email, to see if you received a tracking number for your package.
If you received your tracking number please see in here where you package is, and what might be causing a delay.

IF IT HASN’T ARRIVED AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

If you have found it in your heart to be a little patient, and we really thank you for that!

And 10 days has passed, it's time we immediately start the manhunt for the responsible party and make sure they receive a severe virtual ass whooping.

1. Please check your order confirmation email and see the exact address we shipped your order to. Is the address 100% correct?

2.
Please make sure that your name is listed on your mailbox, it is very important! Otherwise sometimes the postal service won't deliver your package.

3.
Please contact us, and tell us if there is any problem with your address or name on the mailbox. Our awesome customer service team will then help you out and send you a new replacement package immediately! Even if you found no problems, we will still ship you a replacement immediately.

4.
We will start an investigation for the missing package, usually some postoffice will find it in the wrong box or wrong corner, and it will be returned to us.


WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

If you ordered before 15:00 on any weekday, we will ship your order the same day!

Your package should always arrive within 2 - 5 working days.

Please see your "Order was shipped" email, to see if you received a tracking number and tracking link for your package.

If you received your tracking number please click the link in this mail to locate exactly where you package is, and what might be causing a delay.


HOW DOES TRACK & TRACE WORK?

You will automatically receive a tracking number and a tracking link via "your order has been shipped" email.

If you cannot find the email or tracking number in the email, please contact us, so we can resend the tracking to you.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

If you received the wrong item or are missing 1 or more items from your order, please contact us and include the following information if possible:

Your order number. You will find it in your order confirmation email.

A picture of the wrong product, or a link to the wrong product in our shop.
This way we might be able to identify the mistake, and avoid others from having the same mistake happen, in case we made a mistake in the warehouse.

We will immediately send out the correct items and let you know if we want you to return the wrongly delivered item(s).
All shipping costs will be at our expense of course.


ITEM MISSNG FROM YOUR ORDER

If there’s an item missing from your order, please contact us and include your order number and the name of the item that is missing.

We will send a replacement to you immediately, and investigate what might have caused the mistake, so we can avoid it in the future.

Even though our warehouse is pretty damn awesome, mistakes do happen, and we deeply apologise.


NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

On the day of delivery, you should receive an SMS and/or email from the driver letting you know roughly around what time you can expect delivery.

Small orders are shipped in a padded envelope and will just fly straight into your mailbox. If it doesn't fit, Hermes will take your parcel to the nearest post office, and leave a note in your mailbox explaining how you can pick up your parcel.
